Hello everyone, this is my first technical blog so i will givea brief introduction about work i do.i am a developer working in D2k and PL/SQLnow wat is this D2k,its certain that most of the guys dont know much aboutthis technology.So let me give u a brief introduction about D2K .D2K is a tool developed by oracle which is used for developing forms and reports and integrating it with DAtabse.in today's time where most of the companies are working in java asfront end there are only very few companies relying onD2k as front end out of many versions released by Oracle of D2K forms and reportsdeveloper suite, Forms builder 10g is the latest and certainlybetter than previous versions. As intergration with the databaseis more efficient and so stablity in the product is moreAlso as all the database products and D2k is released by Oracleso this is the main effective point of D2K still being used inmarketsD2K in India is mostlty used in developing Insurance Products.Some of the Clients working in products developed in D2K are from UK,Asia,Russia,Singapore and Kazikistaan.And as Market in USA and UK is down, there is a hope for Indiancompanies in other countries by developing products in D2K tech as front end.So guys do let me know how did u felt about my blog and any suggestions are always invited.Anil Sharma
